High Performance Computing Server

HPE Superdome Flex

The HPC system encourages researches on large-scale numerical experiments in computing sciences and engineering. The system prepares computational facilities for wide variety of applications in the university, such as numerical astronomy, in silico dag design, estimation in environmental and earth sciences, and vibration and structure analysis in mechanics and civil engineering. The system also supports training environments for students in the fields.

Email System (Active mail)

mail

CUDTEC offers an email system for peoples of the university community. (i.e. students, professors, and staffs) The system is accessible from everywhere when the computer or devices are connected to internet via web browsers and various MUA (Mail User Agent).
Note: When logging in to Webmail from off-campus, two-step authentication using multi-factor authentication (one of the following: one-time password (OTP) e-mail transmission / TOTP / Matrix Codes) is required.

→ Access to “chiba-u” email from off campus
→ Webmail
